Have Faith in Faith: This is Vital for Your Existence

Faith is a word that can be described in different ways. The first and more common description states that faith is a confident belief in something or someone without having material evidence. In the Bible, for example, faith is defined as the evidence of things hoped for and of things not seen.

The Bible further explains that, through faith, one can understand all mysteries and have knowledge. In most dictionaries, however, you will find that the meanings provided are more or less the same as the one we gave as the common description.

Faith is normally associated with religion. Everyone who is religious has faith with regards to a supreme being. This connection has been seen in most religions. The Muslims, for example, believe that in the beginning there was a prophet known as Mohammed; he was the one who was anointed by Allah, their God, so that he could direct them. They believe that there is a paradise and that Allah is the Supreme Being. Since none of them has either seen Allah or the Prophet Mohammed, they can be said to have faith that the belief they have is true.

Another example in which faith can be seen is the Christian religion. In this religion, you will find that there are very high chances that faith has been shown to be working. We are going to be giving several examples in support of this. The first example would be the belief that God is the Supreme Being and he is the one who created the world and all that is in it. This has been written in the Bible and all Christians believe this idea. Although there hasn't been anyone who has seen God, they still believe that this is true.
One can also see faith is through the belief that there is heaven. The Bible has stated that, by following the will of God through following what has been written in the Bible, Christians will be able to go to heaven when they die.

Those who don't will find themselves in hell, where there will be eternal fire. Christians have faith that these concepts are true, which is why most of them will be seen following God's word (the Bible) and going to church. By doing these things, they have faith that they will be eligible to enter the gates of heaven and thus have eternal life.


Finally, the strongest display of faith would be the Muslim way of acting.

In the recent past, there have been beheadings that have been aired by international media houses. These beheadings were done by Muslim extremists in a bid to show the world that they will not tolerate a certain way of living or some actions that go against their beliefs. This is why they would be seen reading parts of the Quran just before they beheaded someone. They believe and have faith that they are doing the will of Allah.
